Coggle Review

PROS: The tool’s structure is intuitive and efficient. I never had any problems or difficulties getting started with this system. It is easy to use and offers a lot of tools for processing ideas and sharing them with my clients and staff. I also find the mind maps useful when explaining business procedures and processes to my employees. They are usually able to follow through with ease when there’s a mind map.

CONS: There is an additional charge for changing colors as well as adding images. Not a big deal for me but for others, they may see it as a con.

PROS: It is simple and amazing and has made my life as well as the life of my colleagues much easier. Specifically, I love the ability to share various diagrams I’m working on with my colleagues with so much ease.

CONS: There are times when the changes made by my colleagues do not immediately reflect on the diagram. But perhaps this problem is just a result of poor internet connection.

PROS: It is a tool that simplifies complex things. I use it to create multifaceted site architecture and able to complete that task in just a few minutes.

CONS: There are times when the tool does not respond as I’d anticipate with vectorized graphics. Overall, it is a pretty good tool if you need to build something fast but it is way different than building something using an app like Adobe Illustrator.

PROS: The interface is simple. It is intuitive and very easy to use. Above all, it allows my co-workers and me work on the same mind map simultaneously. I am able to share my work to my co-workers on the shared workspace and vice versa. And they are not just able to view my work but can also make changes if needed. I also love the ability to export the mind maps to PDF file.

CONS: I found only one con and it is the limited variety of colors we can choose from. Other than that, the platform is overall great.

PROS: It can be used for a variety of purposes. Whether you need to program and plan out data structures or just want to simplify planning among huge teams, this has got you covered. It can also be used for planning out presentations and writing essays. But I know those are not the only things that this tool can help you with. In terms of the capabilities, I specifically love the ability to include notes, texts, as well as photos in a hierarchical format. This way, plans or any visual representations become clearer and easier to understand.

CONS: I started using Coggle when it was still in beta so I’m able to acquire the awesome plan they offer for life (which is now $5.00 per month). The platform is generally awesome but I just feel like the features included in the paid plan are a bit iffy. Nevertheless, I can say the product is, overall, worth the price and trust. And unlike the free version were you only get 3 private coggles, the awesome plan allows you to have unlimited private coggles.

PROS: There is no learning curve. I navigated the tool myself, without the aid of manuals, and was able to figure out how things work with ease. Its user interface is simple, allows you to do multiple mapping, got color coding feature, lets you export your output in a breeze, etc.

CONS: In order to achieve a neat final product, you need to be more creative. It would be nice if there are available guides on how to do the product’s final alignment. Also, I think they should make the drag-and-drop functionality simpler. And for those who are thinking about getting the free version, take note that you won’t have an access to multiple nodes connection. Nevertheless, the free version is nice.

PROS: I am able to create mind maps, no matter how complex they are, with so much ease. It is very intuitive and offers a lot of visualization or customization options. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quality mind map tool.

CONS: I sometimes open this tool in my mobile and have experienced some hiccups when trying to move a branch. It is pretty uncomfortable for me so it would be nice if they’ll improve it.

PROS: Google Gsuite has been of huge help to my business. We are using some of the basic features available including Google drive, emails, calendar, and documents. They are good but I think the best thing about this suite is its marketplace of available integrations or applications as well as its smooth workflow. The suite generally makes it easy and simple to work between applications. Also, it ensures that all works are saved all the time. Works are saved in the cloud, eliminating the worries about losing an important file. Aside from that, it allows multiple users to work on the same document. Overall, we had an awesome experience being on Google Gsuite.

CONS: Our partner support organization has had a hard time migrating emails to an email. It would be nice if they provide date ranges that can help make migrations between a particular period easier.

PROS: No installation or downloading needed. I have just added it on my chrome extension and it smoothly opens in my browser tab. I also like it's pricing schemes. $8 per month for the collaborative version is pretty good. The tool is very user friendly and there are lots of graphic or color choices available. Aside from that, there are basic templates available free of charge.

CONS: I needed an integrative whiteboard tool to be used during meetings so it would be definitely nice if they add it to the features of this solution.

PROS: Its interface is well-designed and works smoothly so it's pretty easy to create mind maps. I love that all the tools it offers are available right in front of me. I am able to find the tools I need with ease, which makes mind maps creation process a breeze. I also love that it can be synchronized with my Google account with so much ease. I frequently use Google so this integration is a great thing. Overall, Coggle is the best among the mind mapping tools I have used.

CONS: Nothing. It is perfect for beginners, very user friendly, and offers everything I need for creating mind maps.
