What are the best aspects of this product?

It is simple and amazing and has made my life as well as the life of my colleagues much easier. Specifically, I love the ability to share various diagrams I’m working on with my colleagues with so much ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the changes made by my colleagues do not immediately reflect on the diagram. But perhaps this problem is just a result of poor internet connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Coggle for various purposes. Recently, we use it to create organization-wide flowcharts.
