Coogle – a helpful tool that got a really creative design

What are the best aspects of this product?

The tool’s structure is intuitive and efficient. I never had any problems or difficulties getting started with this system. It is easy to use and offers a lot of tools for processing ideas and sharing them with my clients and staff. I also find the mind maps useful when explaining business procedures and processes to my employees. They are usually able to follow through with ease when there’s a mind map.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is an additional charge for changing colors as well as adding images. Not a big deal for me but for others, they may see it as a con.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lets me streamline my business through giving me an easy-to-use tool with which to analyzezzy my existing procedures and aim and work hard for better efficiency.
