What are the best aspects of this product?

Since the software has arrived it has allowed easy monitoring of the resolution of queries and problems. We identify bottlenecks and time constraints and also serves as a valuable contribution to Lean Management and process improvement.

The great detail that the product has is automatic emails that let you know at what stage the project is because they become annoying and do not really help.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like it to have a better platform with a faster workflow editor and an external application that can perform import processes efficiently.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Comindwareme has saved time and money on trips without mentioning that it has real-time notifications that inform me about any new feature presented in the flow, it makes things much easier for me, since I can track workflows from the application, I can also know the Real-time status of workflows that are running.
