What are the best aspects of this product?

According to me, it's easy to design and manage. No coding is needed. It is easily accessible through any web browser. Other key features includes:- Team Collaboration, Quick setup without IT resources, Ease of electronic form design.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am indeed satisfied from the features mentioned by this product. There are hardly any cons. But, if needed to mention, then facility of Integration of this product with SMS portal is missing. If this is completed, then I can inform my sales associates about the tasks to be finished.

As mentioned earlier, facility of Integration of this product with SMS portal; is the feature/service that I would like to see in future versions of this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted a specific tool with great efficiency so that we can host our workflow management platform in cloud. Then, you have an idea :)
