What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of creation of web forms and Cloud base facility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no mobile version. Sometimes requires me to refresh the page and restart the order.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Need to more compatible with other tools and looking for a mobile version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Comindware Tracker is very well suited in areas that have a lot of exchange of thoughts and ideas that need to be organized into a proper flow. It has personally allowed me to track and have more control over the processes and tasks in the execution of the personnel under my responsibility or those departments that depend on me.
