What are the best aspects of this product?

The most winning point about the tool is that it has an awesome user-friendly interface, workflow and creation of forms is very easy, there is no need for complicated or expensive workouts.
It facilitates the creation of web forms without writing a single line of code along with non-technical people to develop, maintain and modernize apps that manage straightforward stages and step-based workflows.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Challenge with outlook compatibility can be improved upon. I would like to see Comindware Tracker be more compatible with Outlook. It would be wonderful to have more integrations with web services.
More report templates and workflow samples could be added or provided by them so that the user can make changes and create their own workflows
