PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This workflow management software has an organized dashboard with which it is very easy to work. Its integration with Microsoft Outlook is excellent, and allows you to unify data with services such as Sharepoint and active directory. It also allows to simplify problem tracking.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of personalization of workflows is not very interactive. Comindware tracker depends too much on your drag & drop tool, when it turns out to be quite simple. It does not offer enough transparency in task management.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would very much like to be able to improve the ease with which the temporary reports are created, since it would save a lot of time. It also needs an improvement in its bug tracking manager, because it takes too long to identify such problems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Comindware tracker helped us a lot with the improvement of our workflow automation processes. It has also been of great help for compliance follow-ups and to provide customer order management in a correct manner.
