PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Comindware tracker can easily focus on up to three different routine activities, as the software sets out to summarize the time spent exercising paperwork, requests of any kind, employee tracking, among many other activities. Comindware has an excellent deployment through the cloud, so you can easily save work information on the web.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We do not like that its user interface is confusing and difficult to manage. It is more complicated to create advanced statistics reports, because the platform really lacks a good reporting system, with very few options to customize them. It does not have enough models for billing, so the invoices that work with are really simple.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would love it if the next version provided us with tools to optimize our communication as a team. By this we mean that you need a chat system, not only to be able to send messages and information privately, but also so that the flow of messages and assignments of tasks is faster.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Having decided to use comindware tracker has been one of our best corporate decisions. Now it is easier to archive or find information when we need it, and take full control of the workflow. There have been fewer management errors, since the platform organizes the work of all.
