What are the best aspects of this product?

Automation and workflow management are the best services in my view which are being provided by Comindware Tracker in very effective and accurate manner. Another my most liked feature in this product is its cloud based functionality, which helps a lot in mobility of applications and redundancy for local machines. By using Comindware Tracker automation tools, we have gained a lot of improvement in terms of efficiency and accuracy regarding our routine tasks. Comindware Tracker comprises very strong and reliable tools within it like a powerful workflow engine, graphical workflow builder and workflow automation software. Another good thing I found in Comindware Tracker is its excellent customer support service , which helps commendably from start/deployment and anytime you face any issue in future. The other plus in Comindware Tracker is its cloud base services, so it doesn't affect your systems in terms of storage and performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't much to dislike about product itself, but if to mention something then it would be it's high price.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Outlook integration with the tool.

Comindware Tracker is a great and comprehensive tool for automating many different tasks. I personally use it for workflows management, document tracking and service request management and it is doing its job very well so far.
