What are the best aspects of this product?

Something great about comindware tracker is that the management that we could obtain from its use will be as limited as we wish, since this is a software very adaptable to all kinds of routine jobs. The access control system helps other members to review the documents worked on, being free to edit them depending on whether or not corrections of any kind should be made.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Comindware tracker customer service takes too long to respond. It does not allow to streamline any activity of the business process. the handling of electronic signatures is more difficult and limited with comindware tracker. If you do not perform robust modeling it is more complicated to review and manage the workflow as you progress.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The lack of a system of creation and streaming of video-conferences that can be recorded to be revised later is too noticeable. Comindware tracker also needs better technical support. We would also like very much if you integrated the platform to a live chat service through which you can send files of any size.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our experience using comindware tracker was very satisfactory. Before bothering a little web forms, because they were not properly incorporated into the page, and it was difficult to collect information with them. Comindware tracker has solved that detail to a large extent. We have also improved the organization of our audit trails, and electronic complaints.
