PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Comindware Tracker is both powerful and easy to use and customize. It is enough to have basic Excel knowledge so that you could build complex workflows with your custom business rules and parallel branches. It is available from a web-browser and interface is intuitive. And notifications - e.g. it is a several clicks deal to get a client automatically notified when specific workflow step is complete , besides Comindware Tracker can generate a report and attach it to this client notification.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing of significance that I could mention as a problem. When I get stuck with anything, Comindware support team helps with resolving it via chat or email.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Gmail integration might be useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Comindware Tracker in order to automate and manage all types of approval requests, the inflow of orders, HR workflows, and more. This workflow tool made it easy for managers to create workflows and forms, adjust the running ones when it gets necessary, without delays that usually happen when you delegate this task to tech people.
