What are the best aspects of this product?

- You don't need technical skills to develop, maintain and update workflows.
- The user interface looks great and navigation around it is simple.
- It facilitates the creation of web forms without writing a single line of code.
- It is easily accessible through any web browser.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- Mobile app is missing.
- Not too many report templates.
- Mobile responsive version needs to be more better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had implemented the software for collaboration between our Purchase team and Operations team. It helped immensely with ensuring that both teams are in the loop about which orders entered by Operations team are pending and should be urgently looked into by our Purchase team. Our Purchase team efficiency and Operation team productivity has been improved since implementing.
