What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps to manage simple, yet important processes. You can set up something like 3-step process and make it more complex, when you know how to optimise it - really easy and effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like how attached files work. Browser offers to download them instead of view. That's something that can be easily fixed..

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

see above - improved work with attached files

process were put under control.
CAPEX, expenses approval and claims management
all is transparent now thanks to Comindware Tracker
