Easy workflow setup and ability to run parallel branches in a workflow, so that several departments can simultaneously review the same document on s specific approval flow step.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to use a web browser on your mobile devices. It would be wonderful to have a mobile app.

It helps our company with keeping track of approval and document signing process that runs across several departments. No more need for papers and manual controls.
