What are the best aspects of this product?
It allows business users to develop, maintain and update workflows using simple drag and drop web-interface. Forms designing process is easy too. You can set rules and controls in a form and they will be replicated out for usage on mobile devices within a single publishing process.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would be glad to have some rule pre-sets for forms and workflows instead of Excel-like formulas. I hope Comindware will add them with one of product updates.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Comindware Tracker for workflow automation across the whole organization. Actually me personally use it for streamlining HR processes, such as onbroarding, hiring, performance review, various document approval processes, training organization and much more.
