What are the best aspects of this product?
Employees like that it is easy to tweak workflows and forms, so they can easily optimize without breaking stride. Besides, it successfully routes hand-offs between different teams, adds transparency to workflows and allows for social collaboration within workflow tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Open API is good, but not enough in my opinion. I would add out-of-box integrations with popular web-services.
