What are the best aspects of this product?

1. Drag-and-drop feature is very convenient

2. Automation is possible against predefined rules

3. Doesn't require technical skills

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As the software needs no coding skills, it is limited in terms of advanced features - creating complex alogorithms, AI implementation, etc. Thus I can not use it to handle mega projects involving thousands of workers.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

1. AI-based automation

2. Pricing could be lowered for non-profit organizations

3. Implementation capability of complex algorithm

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a remote tutoring organization, we had to connect to our mentors from different countries across the globe. We had to assign tasks, set deadlines, monitor progress daily. And Comindware Tracker provided an excellent solution to our needs.

Other software required a dedicated IT personnel to set-up, implement and monitor it. But I was able to set-up Comindware Tracker myself, without the need of much technical expertise.
