PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We like the simplicity with which we follow errors during the management of workflows, and that these can be easily coordinated with our streamline processes. It has also been excellent to be able to access our reports in real time (that is, while working on the flows), since the Platform provides a multi-window system. It integrates very comfortably to sharepoint.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We do not like his slowness to handle access permissions, and that he has limitations to handle spreadsheets. We also do not like it to be complicated to share information because comindware tracker does not have a chat platform with which it is easier to communicate. It has no CRM integration. Its Outlook-like interface may be a bit confusing.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Comindware is excellent in many ways. This software has been very helpful in terms of automating our business processes and designing our electronic forms. It has also benefited us a lot with the handling of call routing, with group discussions, and document management in a single window.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We recommend it completely over the other workflow management software. Comindware tracker has a simply impressive deployment, full of quality alternatives so that our work becomes efficient. It is also a good idea to consider your integration with sharepoint, since it makes it much easier to share information outside the platform.
