What are the best aspects of this product?
Comindware Tracker is easy to setup since it is a web-based solution. And it is very approachable as far as it is available from any web-browser where you can check particular workflow status, change your task status, check your workflow tasks list, discuss a task with your colleagues, share a document and more. In addition it emails requests to assignees, reminds about due dates, automatically generates and sends reports. Overall, it has really streamlined our workflows and collaboration.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my point of view, it lacks report templates. - they would simplify new reports configuration.

It is used by our entire company and routs a lot of different workflows - employee requests to HR and IT departments, new employee hiring, expense and capex requests.
