Well organised workflow tool that has really improved performance

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy to design workflows. Absolutely no need to code the rules. User management is perfect. Access via a web browser is very helpful so are the notifications. No real need for training our folks on it as it is all so self-explanatory.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reporting is just about average. The API can be improved too. Need to more compatible with other tools like Outlook. Having a mobile app would also be beneficial for somebody like me who is always on the move.



But all in all not much that I dislike.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Improved reporting. Compatibility and integration with a lot more tools. Mobile app development.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We perform a lot of collaborative research which really gets out of hand at times. The tool helps us solve a lot of collaborative issues.
