What are the best aspects of this product?

Incredible agility is gives. Comindware Tracker delivers powerful web-based designers for workflow and form creation. It it turns that a workflow can be inproved or your form need an additional field, that is a matter of minuted to apply all necessary changes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Training might be better. Now you have to rely on the user guide and support team help.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

User interface is intuitive, but I would be happy to have short hints.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Comindware Tracker automates our internal workflows throughout like IT requests, new hire, a wide range of requests to HR department. A Bulk of workflows related to sales and approvals are under automation now.
