What are the best aspects of this product?

Comindware Tracker is a intuitive, easy to use powerful web-based worflow management software that is a game changer if you are looking for successful management of processes and workflow. Considering the fact that application is web-based, you may access it from almost any device. That creates a lot of oppotunities for you and other team members. Formulas which are being used inside the application are relatively easy to learn and everyone should be able to use this within few days.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better integration with Outlook would be more than appreciated. I've also faced an issue when I had to refresh the page before my action was completed. Sometimes even thrre times.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It would be superb if the future versions of the products could be integrated with other platforms such as social media. Improved report feature would also be highly appreciated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The Comindware Tracker software allowed to easily trace the status of workflow and manage processes in a very efficient, clear and convenient way.
