What are the best aspects of this product?
The easiness is what I enjoy most about Comm100. The Comm100 platform is simple to configure and also quite intuitive to use on your website. It's always a convenience to get your agents signed up and ready to connect. Comm100 does have a lot of videos and guides if you need assistance with any features. Another big benefit is that even in Canada we could keep our info. As a public entity, that was a make-or-break deal because of laws on privacy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really have nothing here to say. Some issues I had with the Comm100 team have definitely been dealt with quickly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our role is to inspire students to study at our university. Comm100 helps us to connect with students as they visit our website in real time. If they have a concern or need help in navigating our website, we can assist instantly when their interest in our institution is strongest! The chat-bot functionality is also fantastic as students can always connect with us, answer their questions and provide useful knowledge even outside our working hours. This ensures that our live chat is open 24 hours a day, even though my staff is not online.
