What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been partnering with Comm100 for the last several years and they've really been very supportive, helping me along the way and being very understanding because I'm not a very technical guy. They're very nice and still give me great support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've got no problems with Comm100. I like all about the business. They're fast to reply, very friendly, patient and do anything if there are issues that come up.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

After the new update, we've had some adjustments that didn't quite fit properly on our end. They definitely helped us address every issue timely and very effectively.
