What are the best aspects of this product?

The business relationship between us and Comm100 was very valuable and sustainable in optimizing our LiveChat experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

On our own site, we have an on-premise installation and maintenance from the Comm100 program. But it wasn't working well for us. Inside the back end of the Live app, we are continuously running multiple versions and were left to manually handle the chat service in many cases.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Almost everyone provides three major stations for our inbound links. Comm100 Live Chat helps maintain the related channel.
