What are the best aspects of this product?

All of it! We really enjoy the customization feature in almost anything, from how the button of the chat looks, to the chatbox campaigns, to back-end operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. Our usage is very simple, and Comm100 does what we need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Capacity to keep in touch with clients without calling up. We can fix and troubleshoot issues much easier and handle problems without having our account managers on the line.
