The vendor provides top notch customer support with knowledgeable and helpful agents. The system is intuitive and easy to use, and we plan to add more modules in the future.

There are no complaints as Commence CRM fulfills all our expectations.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We needed a system that could help us effectively collect and manage leads. We are using the sales edition of Commence CRM which includes sales opportunities management, lead management, email integration, task management, and contact and account management. The system offers great reporting features and even the basic version provides pre-built analytics for sales and leads.
