PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's based on open source, still, you get premium support from either the manufacturer or the resellers. Their upgrade/update process is flawless and they keep the system up to date and security tight.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the product is mature as it is right now. Some minor feature upgrades or add ons might be interesting,

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

24/7 customer support direct from manufacturer

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We need a virtual PBX, without compromising security and/or features. Xorcom offered full feature set in a virtual machine format. We choose to do it on Hyper-v and gain the High availability features as we have clustering VM environment. The system it's been working for 4 years at least without a single glitch.
