CONS: All in all we like it a lot, but it would be nice to have better CRM integration.

PROS: It's based on open source, still, you get premium support from either the manufacturer or the resellers. Their upgrade/update process is flawless and they keep the system up to date and security tight.

CONS: I think the product is mature as it is right now. Some minor feature upgrades or add ons might be interesting,
