What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to set up and extremely flexible to meet all our call routing requirements, which in our case were not straight forward. Cloud call recording is just what we needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
All in all we like it a lot, but it would be nice to have better CRM integration.
