What are the best aspects of this product?

It was tricky at first, as you would expect with any new tool. It was difficult to get around the features and how they work in term of planning or booking your travel plans. However, with time, everything seemed simple even for new users who came to use the tool. It was a great experience when you want to book travels on the tool and submit expenses. Everything was seamless as I could perform all those tasks within the tool from one location. Once I got the hang of things, it smooth all the way as I could manage the business travel plans and expenses on the same platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is little or nothing to dislike about this tool. It has worked very well for us in solving different problems we thought they could not be solved. When it comes to expense tracking and booking your business travel, it has been seamless all the way. Although at first there was a learning curve, it may have been our fault as the tool was new to us. However, we were able to pick up speed and found the tool to be easy to use in the end. The experience was thus smooth and we were able to do all that thanks to Concur.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I work at an agency where we deal with business travel in terms of bookings and managing the whole process. Previously, we have had problems with this as it was difficult to monitor such bookings and not to mention the travel expenses that come along the way. We did not have a reliable system that could make our work easier. Thanks to Concur, we can now book business travels and submit expense reports without much hustle. It made all the difference in our agency and we could not have asked for more. Everything is in one place, which adds to how well we execute those tasks which makes it easier to monitor and submit expense reports.
