What are the best aspects of this product?
I use Concur to plan or book for trips. It has become a reliable tool due to its ability to help me create expense reports for those travel options. The idea is to expense for the entire trip and that is what this tool does. I can also add other expenses as I move along to help complete the report. In the case where I have not completed the expense report, the tool reminds me of a pending report that needs my attention. Everything is smooth when it comes to this product. You can even have multiple reports for different departments. The travel options, the tool provides, helps you to find an option based on you tailored needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is little to dislike about this tool. The interface is a little bit dull and it could use a makeover to make it attractive and user friendly. This would help users to find it easy when it comes to using this product for creating, submitting and approving of expense reports. It is no doubt that Concur has come at a time when creating and approving expense reports is a hectic process. However, it has made it possible and easy to do that due to its great features. Apart from the interface, Concur has come out as the best in the market due to its simplicity and reliable in coming up with expense reports for each department.

It has been able to provide an end to end solution for our expense problems. Planning trips has become easy in the expense reporting part. With this tool, it is possible to create reports on expenses and submit them for approval. I can also create individual expense reports for all the supplies and meals using the application. What makes it reliable is that, it is possible for another person to submit those reports on your behalf, which adds to its efficiency. It helps you to be better organized in your trip since you do not have to capture receipts and send them as you can do all this using Concur with ease.
