What are the best aspects of this product?
It offers a simple interface for anyone to use. When it comes to capturing your receipts, this tool is reliable. It allows you to use your device from anywhere and capture the receipt, then upload and attach it to your expense report. It has a great tracking feature when it comes to tracking the reimbursements. When a request to reimburse is sent or submitted, it is tracked with ease and thus faster reimbursements for your expenses. For example, when I incur expenses, I can send a reimbursement request and be assured of the reimbursement the next payroll. This makes my work easier altogether.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are always things to complain about when it comes to any software application. For Concur, it is no different. I was able to come across minor glitches in the use of the application in my line of work. However, they were just minor which means here is very little to dislike about this tool. It is reliable in creating and submitting expense reports. The thing that I disliked about it is that I was not able to edit the report once I submitted it. This forced me to cancel it and create a new one to correct the minor error I had done. It would be nice if one could edit the expense report even after submitting as this would save a lot of headache and time for the user.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
My business has become reliable thanks to this tool. It has made it possible for me to track all the expenses I incur and create an expense report as a result. This means that I can submit that report and get reimbursements within a short period of time. It is hectic to try and track the expenses you incur without a reliable system. Concur has done that for me and thus smooth business operation. It helps me to control my expenses, which are business related which allows me to stay on top of things. The company is able to receive and approve the expense reports we submit to them and thus streamline the entire process.
