PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The concept is great. If the software actually did what it represents it would be useful. Unfortunately it does not even come close.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The booking application does not select the most preferable options for frequent travelers. I can book travel cheaper, faster and easier than using Concur. Ahh you say but if you book through Concur it automatically enters this information into your expense report! NOT SO, you have to go to concur travel and print the Itinerary to PDF, then go to concur expense and import the PDF you just created as the receipt. This isn't optional as the Airfare receipt is required before you can submit an expense report.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Frankly I hope we move away from using this product in my company, but if I am being honest then I would have to say that IF concur could actually perform the service they claim (in full) then there is hope this could be useful. We've used it for 2 years now and it is WORSE today than when we started, so I don't hold out hope that it will improve anytime soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. This software CREATED problems for the traveling staff. Who now have to do twice the work to complete an expense report and many REFUSE to use it to book travel because it is cumbersome and does not provide an decrease in expense or an increase in ease of booking. In short if fails miserably in both categories.
