What are the best aspects of this product?

This software makes communication between us and our residents easier. The announcement, service request, and proxy voting features are particularly helpful for us. We wouldn’t be as organized as we are without Condo Control Central. We even would have not been able to hold board meetings without it. It has become an integral part of our administrative system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We seldom encounter glitches with this software and these are also immediately resolved once their support team is notified. Apart from a few errors, Condo Control Central has been trouble-free in our experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Condo Control Central, we can store and share all our documents in digital form. Its budget mailout feature has been extremely useful for us. With this feature, we can customize our announcements for each recipient. We also benefited highly from this software’s proxy voting feature which as mentioned enabled us to conduct our annual board meetings.
