Easy to use and great at property management

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how its data storage feature has ended up helping us out with our daily tasks. It is so easy to use that even tech newbies will surely grasp it in no time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want the visitor sign up to work faster. Our visitors often end up stuck in a queue because the interface takes a while to load, after which they have to put in their signatures. This is an improvement I'd like to see in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I really appreciate how easier it is now to make announcement and book amenities. I also like that we can now have resident information stored.
