Excellent features and great customer service

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has a lot of features that allow you to make announcements, manage service requests, store files in the library section, create events, and keep a community calendar. You can control who gets access to the files you upload and create discussion forums for specific people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like this software better if it would allow us to make PDFs appear directly on TV screens.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Condo Control Central has a web portal that contains information to help users to maximize its usability and manage their workflow. I did encounter some issues with using this software before and I’m glad their support team is competent and responsive. They worked with me through the issues so these were also resolved immediately.
