What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing about this is how their customer service representative responded to my concerns. They were very prompt and quick.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do have to admit that the waiting time while the software is loading can be a little long.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has given us a lot, such as AGM quorum. It has helped us out with posting of notices, issuing parking permits, and providing a unit registry.
