What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how it has empowered building managers and allowed them to notify us when something is going on. I also like the multiple features that it has.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I would use it on a weekend, it would tend to work a little slower than usual. Having said that, this tool hasn't slowed down on us for quite some time now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I really like how this tool has really saved time for us. Now everything can be accomplished online without us having to do paperwork. We can vote, book amenities, and pay fees.
