So easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like how even if you aren't that tech savvy, you'll be able to get the hang of this software. Especially when you encounter their incredibly helpful support team. They're very open to suggestions and I really appreciate that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

An improvement I'd like to see is for the software to work faster, as currently it is a little slow. I'd also like to see a search function, as well as the ability to post announcement for multiple buildings in one go.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are various issues this tool has helped us out with. Thanks to this, we've easily and realiably reached quorum since it allow for online proxy voting. We were able to do this after consulting with a lawyer and changing the electronic proxy form.
