What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like the services this tool provides but I have to say that the best thing about this is their customer service. The customer service manager I talked to knew what she was talking about and really helped me out with my issue. This is why even if I do encounter some problems with features like reporting, I don't worry since I can depend on their customer service team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that future version should make it easier to find some reports. I think adding more options for residents should also be something they look into, as currently all residents can do is book amenities.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One area that this tool has really helped me out is with producing reports. Thanks to the customer service team, I can make it look the way I want it to through filtering. This has also helped me out with notices, as I can target it to a specific group.
