Conductor Review

PROS: I'm a marketing newbie when it comes to SEO. Conductor helped me find my way around because of its innumerable learning resources that provide as much detail as I can possibly need.

CONS: None so far. I am loving everything about this platform.

PROS: Conductor Searchlight offers the biggest amount of SEO features so far and is able to help us optimize our content exactly the way we need to.

CONS: Searchlight's technical capabilities could be further improved in succeeding updates.

PROS: Conductor Searchlight's data is incredibly useful and because it's also highly visual, not boring at all! It enables us to become more time-efficient because there's less manual work for us. I also appreciate their customer service team -- they know their stuff and are always on hand to help me with any of my queries.

CONS: I wish the features we need are also at an affordable cost that my company can cover.

PROS: I like that Conductor is able to do what I would manually do before: data mining for insights. I like being able to act on Conductor's automatic recommendations based on the data it has collected during a certain period.

CONS: None at all. It's obvious that Conductor's expertise comes from the amount of time they've been in business to become the best possible platform for SEO that works.

PROS: Conductor's strength lies in the fact that it offers a perfect research-report combo, alongside the many other features it provides.

CONS: It would be great if we can integrate Conductor with our other third-party tools.

PROS: Conductor's customer service team provides 24/7 support via chat messaging. They provide additional tips about their service, and how we can fully optimize the product according to what our team needs. They seem to have endless patience and always at the ready to help us resolve issues in the best possible way. Of course, it also helps that Conductor in itself is a user-friendly tool. We can easily find our way around the site and create dashboards that we can share with other teams.

CONS: Nothing bad to say about Conductor at all.

PROS: I like that with Conductor, I can see the complete details about the performance of my website and how it stacks against competitors in terms of SEO, and I can also change and improve it according to what's needed. The research tool is also very helpful. So are their training, best practices, and support team for further assistance I need.

CONS: None so far. I always look forward to their new offerings for further development and improvement.

PROS: I like that it's easy to use and customize, especially for reports with specific requirements. Regardless if you're an expert, or if you're new to this, Conductor makes it easy for everyone to understand the data. Also equally great is the Conductor's support team, which is crucial to my business. Without fail, they are very responsive to every quick chat or email I send about my concerns across the brands, whose organic search I manage. We even have regular calls to help me work out issues, where they've been consistently flexible and helpful.

CONS: It could be more affordable, but for the benefits, I'm already getting it's already worth the expense.

PROS: I like that Conductor is able to give us a quick summary of the insights and then break it down to specifics from the SEO data, complete with recommendations about what our next steps can be. Keyword rankings are based on historical accuracy and consistent monitoring too.

CONS: It would be great to sync the keyword variations done on the desktop and mobile versions, so there won't be counted separately.

PROS: I love that it doesn't need an expert to learn how to use the Conductor Searchlight.

CONS: Labels on graphs and charts could be a little better, but it's a minor concern.

PROS: The UI of Conductor is so much better than the other tools for SEO and content optimization that I've used in the past. It's user-friendly and features logical functionalities.

CONS: Having a page that shows the progress of various requests and filtered accordingly would be helpful.

PROS: Conductor as a tool for content and SEO management is so user-friendly, and you can quickly look for information about social media mentions, keywords and user journeys from as far as one year ago by using the right filters.

CONS: I have nothing to dislike. Even when the learning curve is high, it's worth the use of my time.

PROS: Searchlight is time- and cost-efficient for my team. Our content is more strategically targetted and culls organic search results without unnecessary content recalibration.

CONS: None at all. In fact, we're excited about seeing further improvements and possibly third-party integrations that will make Conductor a lot easier to use with our existing tools.

PROS: We use Conductor Searchlight every day, mostly for SEO, but also for SEM. Their Explorer tool is very helpful for in-depth research, which I mostly do. Other highlight features include content mapping, content performance analysis on both website and social media platforms. Their customer service is tops. They are prompt in their replies, regardless of who responds and always ready with solutions to our issues.

CONS: It would be even better if keyword updates are made easier instead of manual spreadsheet uploads formatted in a certain way. Conductor could do really well in expanding expertise in terms of location: it's good for North America, but outside it needs work, especially with a global company like ours.
