PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am not an engineer but a long time CW user, current independant outside consultant on PSA and CPQ, and I do integrate Automate with PSA to have it update agreements and configurations only. Coming from that perspective only, it's great and aves time on billing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The UI is a little outdated and finding the integration can be tricky but doable.
