What are the best aspects of this product?

I can confidently say there hasn't been any remote IT management that has come to parity with ConnectWise in terms of functionality and price. On the features, most impressive are its user-friendly interface, equipment monitoring, validation, agent installation, and configuration. Other noteworthy features include receiving warnings on hiccups real-time, giving you a lot of time to deal with the problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope there could be a way that it consumes less in storage. And when you haven't updated it, bugs will eventually surface so you have to restart your computer.

ConnectWise is widely used in our business as it has automated much of our tasks, in turn transforming our services to be more efficient than ever. Additionally, ConnectWise serves as detector of intruders within the network, verifies performance,
