What are the best aspects of this product?

ConnectWise substantially improves the systems of MSPs. What's particularly impressive about it is it allows us to manage a large pool of end-points. This capability to connect with customers enables them to prioritize their business and not on the technicals. Besides, ConnectWise's smooth integration with various external apps is laudable. And there is its automation feature which effectively streamlines procedures, eliminating repetitive processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Mastering the app requires a steep learning curve and would require a costly full-time trainer to get your team members on-board,

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ConnectWise has dramatically reduced the time we spend on resolving incident reports. This is mostly thanks to its remote management capability which allows us to proactively search issues within a client's computer before the client can even detect them.
