PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

ConnectWise runs very fast, without any lags. Remote controls are also extremely easy to operate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had encountered a few problems with duplicate agents and errors that can only be fixed by customer representatives.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ultimate strengths of ConnnectWise that I enjoy very much are the patching of over 1,000 servers and running of scripts that enable processing and scheduling of job orders. These are particularly beneficial for big companies that have majority of their operations automated.
