What are the best aspects of this product?
ConnectWise brings order in the work process as it segregates computers into groups. Another great thing about it is you can view all the computers without having to engage with your client's. This saves team members with an integrated search approach, in turn, enhancing the team's productivity as they can work on other tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some users cannot use the agent as they would encounter bugs once they attempt installing it. In addition, it has shut down on us twice this year, with each running for a couple of days.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ConnectWise has become a fundamental tool for us to efficiently perform our everyday tasks. We are very satisfied with its ability to run scripts, share screens, patch and automate things. So we hope that the down times can be resolved soon.
