PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Deploying it is super easy. It comes with a lot of good features such as the reboot-and-connect-to-safe-mode, shared toolbox, drag-and-drop file transfers, and screen recording. It's nice having these useful features since they're something that's being frequently used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Making and effectively managing groups of clients could use further streamlining. It would've been nice if we were able to connect this directly to our ConnectWise firms then allowing accessibility from ConnectWise Manage. I want to be given the ability to link to our ConnectWise Automate clients too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to get connnected is a whole lot easier. It gave us the ability to respond quick to trouble tickets without beating around the bush and walking through them repeatedly. Now connectivity is straightforward without any hassles or whatsoever.
