PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

ConnectWise Control is something you can depend on. It's user-friendy and very intuitive. The number of features available are just about right. Not too many, not too little. Each feature is rock solid. One great feature that we've been using frequently is the Shared Toolbox.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've been utilizing more than a dozen techs just to use ConnectWise Control the entire day. So far, I haven't heard any complaints or whatsoever. But once every other while, there are problems related to more than one display with varying resolutions. At times, the system won't clearly show when a session that has been connected has sent out a message.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're currently operating as cloud service provider. As such, connecting to remote machines is a thing that happens on a daily basis. We used another solution back then. But ConnectWise Control is a way quicker and dependable. What's more, it's really cheap compared to other competitors.
